tasks completion notifications

Hi,
I have latest redmine-4.0.4 and can't to find how to organize notifications about tasks completion.
It notification must be has settings. For example, the user receives a notification that in 10 days the task will complete.
Maybe plugins or native functions the redmine.
Help, please.
