limit the editing privilege of an issue only to the members associated with

In my project I have created groups such as developer, designer, team lead, project manager etc.
Now when i create an issue any of my team member can update it. Is there any method to limit the edit feature only to the members associated (for example assigner, assigned person and some of privileged users) with the issue rather than all the members of a particular group.
