Repository Browser - no folder structure visible

Added by Andy McMaster almost 15 years ago

Hi,

I'm new to Redmine but very impressed so far. I've managed to get it to talk to my existing SVN repo which runs on another server. However, I only get a list of changesets and not the repository brower and tree view when looking at the repo here. I installed from the latest BitNami stack on Windows (so 0.8.4?) and the SVN server is running the latest version of VisualSVNServer (SVN 1.6?).

Am I missing something here?

Any pointers appreciated.

Cheers

Andy

Hmm. Hadn't really checked it was all working. When I try to get a diff or view a file from the repo I get the usual

The entry or revision was not found in the repository.

message. All the changesets and icons for changes etc. show up. Just can't do much with them.

OK. Sorted this. The repo was accessed via https. I tried the security certificate workaround but it didn't seem to work - my fault probably - so in the end just dropped the https as it is internal and I use AD for access anyway. Now I get the tree and all seems OK.

Once last question: when does the Activity Page get updated? I performed a commit to the repo and it didn't appear on the page until after I'd visited the Repository page?

Andy: Visiting the Repository page is the default method.

See this link for adding a cron task instead:
