How to add pictures to Wiki?

There is icon for adding picture, so I need to download picture and enter it's url, but how can i upload picture?

As I understand, you don´t
This is just an URL to a picture.

Attach the file to the wiki page and use !image_name!
Eg: !logo.gif!

It doesn't seem to work here in the forums but I think it's fixed in current trunk.

Displaying attached images inline in replies was not working.
It's fixed in r1308.

Thanx guys, but I'm still doing something wrong.
"Attach the file to the wiki page" < how can I do this?
There is no file upload when editing wiki pages ;(

The file upload is not on the edit view.
It's at the very end of the wiki page ('new file' link)
