Plugins you can't live without and must have

I figure I'd ask this question just to see what the most popular plugins are or plugins that most people add to redmine. I looked over the plugin list to see what I could use and a lot of them look real promising, but I'd like to get everyone's opinion. What are your favorites? What are the ones you must have to add to 'core'? Which ones did you see that you liked the idea of, but can't really implement? hope to hear your answers..

I tried the ezFAQ - not so easy its in some Asian language.

Any other suggestions form some veterans out there??
