Redmine

Hi all, I've just published my first plugin, it can be considered alpha release. It checks the CC field of emails sent to Redmine for non-members and loops them into discussions on that ticket.

I'm new to Ruby and Rails but I come from a J2EE world -- I found a lot of Ruby's idioms and Rails' enterprise patterns came naturally. Apart from being frustrated at the learning curve that came with learning a big code base to write a tiny piece, RoR and Redmine's code base was a breath of fresh air.

Anyone feel like a code review? I'd appreciate any feedback from users and developers. In particular, I like to code test-first but I was already in over my head so any suggestions on how I could have written tests for this project would be great.
