New updated version of ezFAQ plugin from Furgas at github

So many thanks to Furgas and other people who have helped maintaining this plugin.

Hi,

Thank you for the recognition, but I consider ansoncat's fork (https://github.com/ansoncat/ezfaq_plugin) the most up-to-date version. My fork was merely for purpose of pushing Polish translation to ansoncat's fork.
