Hello all,

are there any plugins which allow to set conditions for the transition from one status to another?

I've found "Require Closing Note plugin" which forces users to enter a comment when closing an issue.
But I would like to set up different conditions for different statuses and for different trackers.
For example, I want force users to enter a comment when closing an issue, but only for "Bug" tracker or I want force users to attach files when updating from "In Progress" to "Resolved"(for all trackers except "Feature").
