Plugins directory plugin ?

Hi,
I'd like to uses the plugins directory (like so : http://www.redmine.org/plugins) on my redmine install.
Is there a plugin for that? I've searched for that but haven't found it.

(By the way, I've migrated from trac to redmine one month back .... And realized I'vs should have done that years before! Thanks for that great project!)
