I don't know if this is the appropriate place to reply, but I just installed it last night and already my team is finding it very useful.

We have managers who quickly became overwhelmed with email traffic from our projects, so they just decided to stop getting emails, which created a communication gap. This plugin has really helped us pinpoint those times when we need management intervention in the project, and the ability to override their email settings and the "QUESTION" attribute in the email helps flag it as important for them.

That, combined with the recent watchlist functionality, has really helped take a communication burden off of our shoulders.

That's the exact use case it was built for. Instead of just stopping emails, the managers in my case just filed them away and always marked the folder as read. It defeated the purpose of having email notifications at all.
