redmine macro to fetch an issue's last note or description (if no note exists)

Hi there,
I am new to redmine macro development. I need a macro which fetches and displays the last note or description (if no note exists) of an issue.
Any clue will be helpfull... (which objects, classes, metods, etc.) can be used to accomplish this task...
