Redmine

Hello, i don´t find a plugin which does the following:

• a user or unknown person tries to login
• they tried login without success because they don´t know any password or username
• the tries should be counted
• after a number of X tries the IP / Client is blocked
• an alert by email is sent to the admin

Is there a plugin or is this a built in feature?

At the moment i use "login-audit" so is see if a user is logged in.
