Rate Plugin and Budget Plugin for Redmine 3.X

Hey guys,

I need a plugin to calculate the cost of projects taking into account the time spent by user and fixed expenses. I found two plugins (Plugin Rate and Budget Plugin) that do exactly what I need. But at this point they are no longer updated or supported for Redmine 3.x

I just added links to newer forks on Github, to those two plugin pages.

I have never used these plugins, but it sounds like they now handle 3.x
