Redmine

Hello,
I'm getting started with Redmine.
I would like to use Redmine to share the buglist of a product.
And I would like to permit to other, to declare if they have the bug to. Like a "like" button, but in the meaning that "I have this issue too".
They would have to be registered, to permit me to have the list after, to contact them when a bugfix is ready, to make them try it.
I've searched in different forum, plugin list... but I can't find something helpful for my nead.
Does anyone have an idea please ? :)
