I am relatively new to redmine, and to this plugin, but the clock in/out button at the top right of the page doesn't seem to work. When the button is pushed it changes colour, but if you change or refresh pages it goes back to it's orginal state. Is there some configuration step I have missed?

When you click on green button, it should clock you in and when you click on red button, it should clock you out. You can see the clock in and out time in the clock in/out list page under attendance tab

This could be a javascript issue.

can you tell us what version of redmine and plugin do you have and what version of browser you are using

Rails version 4.2.7.1
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2

Redmine plugins:

can you please check the clock in/out list page and see if the clock in / out is getting recorded ?
Is the browser and server on the same time zone ?

when you click on the clock in /out icon on the top, there is a javascript which fires, we want to see if that is firing alright.
Can you please turn on the developer console and see if you are getting any javascript errors ?

And you are using ERPmine 2.5.2 right ?

I am having difficulty getting the forum to post my response, it does not seem to like the console error I am trying to paste.

The details are in this text file

Hi
very interesting project. does it works with safescan?
thanks

RE: ERPmine 2.5.2 (Formerly Time & Attendance) - Added by Dhanasingh Krishnapandian over 7 years ago

we have tested with ESSL ( http://esslsecurity.com ) model K20
It should work with Safescan, if it can ftp a file to the redmine server.
It is a very simple file based Integration. The file format needs to be configured and the import can be scheduled in the scheduler.
Please let us know if you need any help.
