Plugin to add 'Watched by:' to notifications?

Is there any plugin which adds a simple 'Watched by:auser,jblow,jdoe' type of field in the email. I know you can set the notifications to NOT bcc users (i.e. to add the email addresses to the email itself) but the problem with this is that when they click REPLY ALL it messes up the whole flow of the ticket, emails to the users plus from the tracker.
Even a custom field would be ok that I could add to a project of type 'Watchers' and it would automatically keep it maintained. Then it would just get emailed out automatically if it were added to a tracker field list.
So, like I say, I just need to change the issue create and update template so that it adds somewhere in there the current 'Watched by' information. Then, they can see who got the email, and can add in the watchers if a person isn't on the list.
Should be simple, right? Any ideas anyone? If one exists that's cool, if not, I will post in the job section but that's often a bit inactive.
PS - Redmine is the GREATEST SOFTWARE EVER CREATED! :-) Just imho... ;-)
