Auto assigned user plugin

Hello,
I need to install the auto assigned user plugin, my Redmine revision being the 3.2.0 stable.
Apparently, there's no plugin about this topic compatible with this Redmine revision (I have tried with https://github.com/Eyepea/redmine_auto_assigned_user, and it failed)
May you confirm, please?
If yes, how to have this functionality, please?
