unable to drag the issue in What's recommended to do next panel

When i try to drag the issue in What's recommended to do next panel from What's available panel, it jumps in What's available panel. I also noticed that 'Drag issues ...' section is not visible in What's recommended to do next panel. I have installed the latest plug-in and my Redmine is 0.8
