Redmine

Hello,

We have been using Redmine for a few years in my company and we use the email reception function to create customer requests.
In some cases, our customers use a help desk solution which transmits email with "Auto-Submitted" header and redmine ignores them.

Is it possible to use an option in the "receive" function of mailer_handler for ovveride e-mail headers?
I think it's more flexible.
