Hidden email addresses show up in outgoing emails

While RM will hide email addresses in the app itself, when it sends out email notifications, the email addresses of
the people in the project will be exposed via the to: line of the email.
Perhaps RM could check the address hidden flag and use bcc: for them if its set.

This option was mainly here to prevent email addresses to show
up in the web interface.
But as of r944, recipients are BCCed by default and thus their
adresses won't be exposed (can be changed in admin -> email
notifications).
