Description

  • Tested against Mantis 1.2.10 and Redmine 2.2 stable
  • Added support for migrating the project hierarchy when mantis contains sub-projects.
  • Migrated users will be enabled instead of disabled

Based loosely on on http://www.webismymind.be/fr/migrate-mantis-1-2-0rc1-to-redmine, however, no database changes are necessary.
