Description
The current Embedded Plugin (r2521) sets up the HTML directory and template for all projects and assumes that you can put all your projects document directories in the same place. It would be better to be able to move this to an option in the project setup tab where you can set all the settings per project (say if one uses javadoc and another uses doxygen).
