Add Admin as Manager on Project Creation

Description

I would like to be able to add the administrator to as a Manager on project creation. I have the setting "Role given to a non-admin user who creates a project" set to Manager, but I would also like admins to also be added as Managers without having to save the project, open up its settings, navigate to the Members tab, and add the user as a Manager.

Is there a erb file I get edit, like deleting "User.current.admin?" from an if statement to add the admin as a Manager, or will it take a little more than that to accomblish this?

I should clarify that I'm looking to do this when the admin is the user who is creating the project. So regardless of whether or not the user creating the project is an admin, I would like to add them as the Manager.
