Not all users visible when adding members while groups are configured

Description
If you use the groups feature and have configured some groups, you are not able to access all users when adding members to a project under project > configuration. The list is alphabetically incomplete and ends with the group names. The only way to add members missing in this list is via administration > users > projects. I'm able to supply access to a test installation with enough users and groups to reproduce this.

You can use the autocomplete field just above the users list to find the appropriate user.

The member selection screen only shows 100 users/groups at most, this is so that loading the project settings doesn't yield a list with 100s of choices. The textfield above the member list allows you to refine the shown list though, the search is done over first and last names and the email address.
