I agree with this feature: I have 14 "mini" projects in my redmine of production at work, and each of them has a different subset of users who have different role on each of one.
This advanced feature would be a big "plus" for redmine adoption in entreprises, since the actual behavior can still be the default one, and once configured, become a really powerful feature.
Redmine - Feature #666: Alow for custom filters for e-mail notificationshttps://www.redmine.org/issues/666?journal_id=17912008-03-13T01:25:31ZMaxim Krušina

And also, it could be very usefull to be able to set Watching of issue to other people. For example, I create new ticket and I need set Watch to my coleague, who is not interested in this project, but only in this one issue. This will be big plus for us...
Redmine - Feature #666: Alow for custom filters for e-mail notificationshttps://www.redmine.org/issues/666?journal_id=17922008-03-13T01:28:13ZMaxim Krušina
