Issue related to RE: Filter issue by project custom field
It would be good to be able to use project custom fields in the filtering options within the issue lists.

Let me explain :

I want to use custom fields to qualify projects, for example :
- project types
- organisation entity in charge of the project
- category of projets

And then i want to filter issues in reports and queries based on the project type or the category etc.

Right now, this is impossible. And thus if i need a new filter to be applied on issues, the custom field must be an issue custom field, and so must be filled for every issues.

It means that instead of filling once a field for a project, i have to fill it for every issues.
