This patches include * activity events by user. * activity events by user defined peried.

This dose not include rails form connection.
It is only works users manual url typing.

If you want to use it, you types the following.

http://domain.com/project/activities/project_id?from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD&user=USER

Like above, from, to and user parameters are newly added into project controller.

In my company, every developers have weekly and monthly report with this page output.
