Fork of the original gemavatar to make it 3.x compatible.

Gem avatar is a Redmine plugin for replacing the gravatars (they must be enabled) with the jpeg pictures stored in the ldap auth_source that Redmine is configured to work with.

Great Plugin.
Work with Redmine 3.4.5 and Windows Active Directory as LDAP server

Works in 3.4

Be sure:
1. The plugin's folder is 'redmine_gemavatar' (not 'gemavatar'!)
2. Adminisration\Settings\Display 'Use Gravatar user icons' option is checked.
3. Write access to plugins/redmine_gemavatar/assets/images for Apache process owne

Simple installation, works great. Would be nice to have an option to not chop off people's heads who have a tall picture in LDAP :)

Bit surprised to see Spock, thought the manager I tried it on became an ST convert :D

BTW, "LDAP avatatr"?

Great plugin. Pay attention with permissions of plugin directory. It needs write permission to save the pictures from LDAP.
