using localhost gives the same result.
i think i solved this:
after flushing the firewall rules i get a forbidden... Daniel Denis

there is nothing in the logs.
i checked acces,error and other_vhosts.log
i checked if apache is logging and it is. Daniel Denis

everything is on the same host. so network problems are out of discution.
