Thank you for reporting Ihor, this persists when formatting with Textile (which remains the default) on whatever Redmine version TDF's Redmine uses (≥2025).
I consider this as a bug though, not just a missing feature. URLs with 2 (unescaped) question marks are uncommon, but valid.
