Redmine Redmine - Defect #21746 (Closed): Truncate email not workinghttps://www.redmine.org/issues/217462016-01-18T14:47:28ZBen Blanco

I'm trying to get incoming emails truncated, to no avail.

my config:

redmine 3.2.0 stable
ruby 2.1.x
email IMAP fetching working fine via Rufus scheduler gem

In Admin/Settings/Incoming emails, I put
---cutoff---
, which I then manually add to my test emails, but it gets imported & added to new Issues as well as all the lines below it, cf. screenshot:

My redmine instance is set to use Markdown, so just in case this was related, I tested w/ Textile activated - but emails still not being truncated at all.

Last - I've been sending test emails using Gmail, in case it has an impact.
Redmine - Feature #1972 (Closed): Attachments for Newshttps://www.redmine.org/issues/19722008-09-29T16:41:36ZBen Blanco

When creating news items - it would be really nice to be able to directly attach images (or possibly other file types...) to the news item.

Just having the same
Choose file
button as on issue & wiki pages would do the trick!

Currently we are using a wiki page to contain images, that can then be referred to in News items.

Related to the above, RSS feeds seem to strip out image files... now this might be due to the workaroundish way in which we're doing this.
Redmine - Defect #1971 (Closed): Bad CSS syntax trashes issue/tickethttps://www.redmine.org/issues/19712008-09-29T16:15:15ZBen Blanco

Mistyping an CSS syntax in an Image call trashes a ticket.

The closing parenthesis apparently crashes the issue when attempting to reopen it.

cf. #1968, and #1969 where the above syntax was used - (didn't plan on creating this twice, sorry).
