Export a project for memory purpose

In my company we use Redmine mainly to keep traces of what we do. What we do for customers through issues, what we learned in wikis etc...
Some time ago I thought it would be great to be able to export a whole project, the same way you can do a pdf export of an issue and everythink that's been said about it.
So is someone or multiple someones interested by a feature like this?
We would be able to create a document with the project name, its description, the people who were part of it, then the roadmap with all the versions and/or the issues, the gantt, a report on the time spent on it, the documents created etc.
What do you think?
