Is there a plugin available to set up workflows outside of using the Workflow Overview screen? In other words, let's say I want to import a workflow from another tool that has been expressed in a .ini (like trac.ini) or an xml file? Is there an easy way to do that? Or do users have to go through the UI in order to configure the workflow?
