Upgrading Redmine (0.7.4 > 0.9.3)

Hi,

I've got an old running instance of Redmine (0.7.4) and I'd like to upgrade the instance to the very latest stable version (0.9.3).

I found the [[http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/RedmineUpgrade]] guide, but as the instance is quite old, I'd like to know if there is any concern that I should aware of.
