how can i insert an image to my news or my messages in the forum,display it directly

i want my images can be displayed directlly need not to create a link ,for this reason i have to link images from other website not my own computer,how can i do it. just give me a little help,thanks!

That simple. Upload file when creating new wiki page or message ("Files" located bottom), and then follow instructions.
