Redmine

I was chechig out MindQuarry (http://www.mindquarry.com/) and they have an useful functionality that is really cool, that translated to redmine could be something like:
- When a file is uploaded to a project as a document or as a file, it is put under version control , so you can move in time between versions of the file.

I see that this could be done in redmine using a repository for storing the files , and the access to the repositoy could be controlled only by the program keeping the same folder structure that is being used now.

What do you think of it?
