Authentication problem in Redmine+LDAP Integration

Hi Guyz,
Am not able to login ldap users in redmine? am configured LDAp Authentication in Redmine and create users in redmine with same ldap uid .No it's showing Invaild Username and Password ,How to rectify this problem? and am attached my server configuration image..
