SVN: The entry or revision was not found in the repository.

Hello, all. I'm trying to configure a first project to use a repository, but keep getting the error message:
"The entry or revision was not found in the repository".
I am running redmine using http://localhost:3000/
Redmine and SVN Server is not in Single System
The setup is as follows:
SCM: Subversion
URL: svn://ip-address/project_name
Login: test
Password: test
Redmine Version:Redmine 0.9.3.stable
SVN Version :1.6.6
