Diff view with --summarize option?

Hi everyone!
I love redmine and use it with all my new projects right now (while older ones are stuck with trac).
However, there is one minor annoyance: In one of my projects I often need a list of changed files between two diffs, the project uses SVN, therefore this could be done with svn diff --summarize. Is there a way to get this behaviour into the diff view of redmine, e. g. with a plugin? Of course I still need the normal diff view, so there should be a link to switch between those two.
In my workflow I need this quite often and I don't like switching to my konsole every time I need it - would be far better to have it directly in redmine. :-)
