Use subproject for customer support

Hi all,

I am trying to setup Redmine for my project. As I intend to use it also for customers I intended to open subproject for every customer I have. Customer will have following features enabled:
  • Issues
  • News
  • Documents
  • Wiki
  • Files
Is it possible to do these thing in the above described way this way:
  1. I would like to have them separated as subprojects as I don't wan't that they can see issues which were created by another customer or us. The same goes for forums and all other stuff. I want to have total control what can this customer see about my project.
  2. I would like to share some things which are published on parent project also on subproject. Is that possible?
  3. If customer submits new issue in subproject I cannot assign this issue to anybody in parent project without moving issue to parent project. If I move this issue to parent project customer isn't able to see and follow that issue as he is not a member of parent project. I don't want to have developers listed on subproject so this way I also cannot assign issue to developer as he is not a member of subproject.

How do you guys use Redmine for customers or people who are not allowed to see all things?
