How big is your Redmine?

Added by Michael Flyorko over 5 years ago

I'm keen on Redmine. I like open source paradigm and ability to contribute.
But I'm anxious how good is Redmine for companies with many projects leading by many managers following different approaches/methodologies.

I'm looking for big real cases of Redmine usage in production.

How many projects, users, and project managers can Redmine serve simultaneously?

More details, please.

That depends on you server ;-)

I am running a Forge for Contao with round about 400 projects and 1100 users.

Without a problem ;-)

Great example!

As far as I understand there are community-maintained (or open-source) projects.

Are you projects similar by methodologies (management approaches)?
How do you resolve workflow and role permissions differences from project to project?

The "workflow" is quite simple.
Using standard (default) settings, some minor changes.

But no project specific settings. It was not necessary. One Project <-> one/two ProjectManagers.
Just added a new role, where some ProjectManagers could add new SubProjects by themself.
