How to migrate Redmine from Windows Server 2008 R2 to CentOS 6.3

Dear the community,
As the title, I've assigned to migrate our management tool from Windows Server 2008 R2 to CentOS. This is the fisrt time I've work with this problem and it make me confused in how to do.
Anyone has experience pls give me any guide to complete this task.
