We hosted several redmines with apache and mongral in a single server when we browsing redmines are being very slow because of services running more in process. How to resolve this issue.

We hosted several redmines with apache and mongrel in a single server. But services are running more so, when we browsing redmines are being very slow. I was saw in process there mongrel and ruby services(.exe)running more for every request it is happening. How to resolve slow issue.
