Package requide to install (RDoc 2.4.2+)

Dear my bellow member,
i just follow up step by step to install redmine http://drmanalo.drupalgardens.com/content/installing-redmine-centos-58
but when i type RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake generate_session_store it receive error message
Please install RDoc 2.4.2 to generate documentation.+
and i just try to test this issue with command bellow
bundle install --without development test
it show result
[root@mail redmine]# bundle install --without development test
