Redmine 2.1.2 - how do I relate issues when I copy - related to, duplicates, precedes etc...

I moved to Redmine 2.1.2 and I seem to have lost the ability to relate issues when I copy an issue (Actually, I think the ability to relate issues was on the Duplicate option not the Copy option in version 1.1.1 or the other way around). Anyway, I am looking for a way to relate issues across projects - where one issue is created from other.
