Reg an Issue reported been forwarded to multiple users

Hi,

A user has reported an issues and assigned to a support member.The support member login and found that this is an issue and he wanted to forward the issue reported to two other users and take their feedbacks too?Is this possible through redmin.

Can anyone help?

We can write eMails to the 2 other users and copy & paste their feedback into the issue.
Or, if both other users were redmine users, he can create 2 subissues 'give feedback' and assign each to one of the 2 users.

Thanks jan,By subissue did you mean using "subtask" option in redmine?
