Problem in moving Test Case from Test suites to Exection Suit in Management Tab

I'm wandering why i couldnot drop Test Cases
into Root Folder of Exection Suite which i had dragged from Test suites
of Test cases/Management Tab of RedCase TestManagement Plugin as Shown attached picture.

Note:TestCases are inProgress Status

I'm seeking for proper solution.
