Redmine

I am trying to convince our shop to use Redmine over a paid product. To make a really convincing case I have to show that it is

• available in many languages- check!
• accessible to users using WCAG standards

Preliminary tests of the redmine.org site show that there are issues that need to be corrected.

• summary tag in all tables
• images with no alt tag to explain the content
• headings are not in a logical order Ie h1,h2,h3
• link text is not descriptive (too short) or uniquely describes a link

All these issues can be remedied by adjusting the html output. Are these items user configurable or do they require adjustments by a developer of the redmine code?
