entry or revision was not found in the repository

Hi. I previously used redmine 1.0.4 and 2.2.4, and i never had problems with repository browser from redmine. Yesterday, i had to reinstall redmine, and i decided to pick 1.0.4 again. But now, i cant access to the repository from redmine.

When i press "repository", i get the message:
"The entry or revision was not found in the repository."

I also tried to change the repository credentials to some wrong ones, but i get the same error everytime.

I googled about this error, but i could not find a solution thar solve my problem.

I'm using a local installation running on windows 7.

by the way, to install redmine, i used this tutorial:

the only different thing i did, it was the mongrel services. This new installation i did, i only created 1 mongrel service. On the previously installation i did, i had the 3 like the tutorial. I dont know if this has something to do with it.
