time issues stay in different status, any way to query?

Hi,

is there any way (or plugin) to query how long issues stay in certain staus? I don't mean how many somebody worked on that, which seems to be easy to plot, but how many days tickets stay in certain status until the status is updated.
As when looking in into the issues you can see at which time (or how long ago) status updates happened, this information is available.
